What it is
Ryzera POS, in a browser tab.
Nothing to install on the counter PC. You sign in, choose the business, and work in the same screens.

An internet connection is required
Ryzera Cloud has no offline mode. When the connection drops, the browser cannot reach it.
A separate setup from Desktop
Cloud businesses and Desktop installs keep their own data. Nothing moves between them automatically.

An account can belong to more than one business. After you sign in, you choose which one to open.

A branch is a retail store, a warehouse, both, or the head office.

Invite the people who work with you.
A member joins by email. The invitation carries the business, the role and, for a branch role, the branch.

Send an invitation and the person gets a link to join the business.
The link works for 7 days
After that it expires, and you can send it again.

Roles and access
Three roles, two levels of access.
What someone can reach follows their role. An administrator works across the business; a branch manager and a cashier work in their branch.

Pair a till to a terminal
A terminal belongs to a branch. To open the till on a device, pair it: the back office shows a pairing code once, and the device enters it. Unpairing stops that till right away.
Pairing links a till device to a terminal in the same business. It does not connect a Desktop install to Cloud.

What is Ryzera Cloud?
It is Ryzera POS opened in a web browser instead of installed on a shop PC: businesses, branches, staff, stock, sales and reports. It is in early access.
Does Ryzera Cloud work without the internet?
No. Cloud runs in the browser and needs a connection. Ryzera Desktop is the edition that works offline on the shop PC.
Is Cloud available now?
Cloud is in early access, so there is no public sign-up yet. Book a demo to see it. Ryzera Desktop is available now.
Is Cloud connected to my Desktop POS?
No. Desktop and Cloud are separate setups with their own data, and nothing moves between them automatically.
Does Cloud replace the Desktop POS?
No. They are two setups, and each fits a different shop. Desktop runs on the counter PC and works offline; Cloud runs in the browser and needs the internet.
Can I manage more than one business?
Yes. An account can belong to several businesses, and you choose which one to open after signing in.
Can I invite my staff?
Yes. You invite a member by email and they join the business through the link, which works for 7 days.
How do roles work?
There are three roles. An Administrator works across the business; a Branch Manager and a Cashier work in their own branch.
